A third evacuation order has just been announced: All residents living north of the Patterson Avenue curve, between Fairview and Patterson avenues, are now being ordered to evacuate. As of the posting of this story, the areas now under an evacuation notices are as follows: the Glen Annie area, La Patera Canyon, the Patterson Avenue area, the Hidden Valley and Trout Club areas, and West Camino Cielo, including Kinevan Road and the Haney Tract.

Update 8:40 pm: Evacuation Order has been issued for the community of Painted Cave as well.

Those being ordered to evacuate can seek temporary refuge at San Marcos High School at 4750 Hollister Avenue.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff and Fire authorities are issuing an additional mandatory evacuation order.

Effective immediately, an Evacuation Order has been issued for all residents North of Patterson Avenue (North of the Patterson curve) between Fairview Avenue and Patterson Avenues.

Evacuation Order remains for the communities of Hidden Valley and the Trout Club.

Evacuation Order remains for homes along West Camino Cielo, west of Highway 154, including Kinevan Road and the Haney Tract.

Evacuation Order remains for the Glen Annie and La Patera Canyon areas.

An American Red Cross Evacuation Center has been established at San Marcos High School at 4750 Hollister Avenue at the intersection of Turnpike Road and Hollister Avenue.

Evacuation Warning remains for residents north of Cathedral Oaks Road between Winchester Canyon Road and Fairview Avenue.

Residents in Evacuation Warning Area should remain alert and prepared to leave if so ordered.

Residents are advised to stay alert for additional information by listening to County Government cable TV station Channel 20 , or the following AM or FM radio “Stations of Choice” for Emergency Public Information or to other local television stations.
