The union representing the technical employees at KSBY, the area NBC affiliate, is urging advertisers to boycott the station until the labor dispute between union members and the station is settled. Negotiations regarding a labor contract for the technical employees have been in works for six months. Union members voted against a tentative agreement the two organizations reached in June.
