Michael Cooney and Daniel Blough were reappointed to the County Planning Commission this Tuesday. Cooney, representing Salud Carbajal’s 1st District, and Blough, representing Steve Lavagnino’s 5th District, are joined by newcomer Joan Hartmann. Hartmann was appointed by the Board of Supervisors in the 3rd District, to replace Marell Brooks, who stepped down after four years on the commission. Blough has been on the commission since 2007, while Cooney has been there since 2004.
