Goleta Approves New Apartment Complex

Wed Jan 21, 2015 | 07:00am

The Goleta City Council voted on 1/20 to approve a 176-unit apartment complex at 6830 Cortona Drive. A restriction on hookups for new development, implemented recently by the Goleta Water District, won’t apply to the project, given the site’s existing agreement with the water purveyor. The apartments, which will sit near the intersection of Hollister Avenue and Storke Road, will be available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
