Bringing its ex parte disclosure policy out of the pre-Internet days, the Board of Supervisors voted to set up a special online folder to receive emails sent to supervisors regarding upcoming land-use hearings. The messages will be posted online alongside other related documents. The change wasn’t spurred by but comes ahead of major land-use hearings on Las Varas Ranch and the Miramar Hotel.
