On the first Sunday of the month, the City of Goleta hosts an open-air Chat with the Council at the courtyard at Camino Real Markeplace. This Sunday, December 6, Councilmember Paula Perotte will be at the courtyard there from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. to meet any constituents who stop by. Goleta Water District board member Meg West will also be present.
