Refugio an Unfortunate Accident

It was a nice photo-op in your paper last month of Kamala Harris and our beloved DA Joyce Dudley bringing felony charges (four of them) against the Texas firm. Ms. Harris, I guess, needs a reason to be high profile in this political season, while she runs for Congress. This was not a criminal act that the Pipeline made; it was an unfortunate accident.

Shame on you, Ms. Harris; shame on you, Ms. Dudley, shame on you, Kevin Weichbrod, you dropped the bally in the “Davey” case; now you’re going to make up for yourself in this case at someone else’s expense.
