Pine Mountain Ridge Road at Highway 33, located in Los Padres National Forest north of Ojai, is closed due to the Pine Fire, a wind-driven wildfire in the Sespe Wilderness that started near Haddock Campground on the morning of June 30. Forest Service officials have also closed the Pine Mountain, Reyes Peak, and Reyes Creek campgrounds. As of the morning of July 1, the fire had burned an estimated 300 acres.
