Ugly Ads in a Beautiful District

I have known Joan Hartmann for 20 years, and I am very familiar with her background. I was shocked to find a shiny political flyer in my mailbox containing an unflattering photograph of her along with a list of lies about her performance. I am offended by the ugly attack ads misrepresenting Joan and insulting her supporters.

This is inexcusable. In addition, nasty ads are appearing on television using the same tactics. A real smear campaign is being run in our county deliberately packed with untruths.

Joan will bring intelligence, experience, compassion, and integrity to the office of 3rd District Supervisor. She will promote people working together to make decisions that will benefit the 3rd District and the entire county.

We are lucky to have a candidate as qualified and honorable as Joan Hartmann running for supervisor.
