The Santa Barbara County Coroner’s Bureau has released the name of the man who died while diving off San Miguel Island on March 9.
The deceased is 59-year-old Santa Barbara resident Richard Toledo, Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Raquel Zick announced on Wednesday afternoon. The cause and manner of death are pending, Zick said, though there were no signs of foul play.
