Rancho Mobile Homes park owner Daniel Guggenheim is suing Goleta for requiring an environmental impact report (EIR) before he can condo-ize the trailer park. The report is to include information regarding the impacts of reduction in the city’s affordable housing stock. A hearing of the case is scheduled for 12/5. Earlier this year, Guggenheim won a ruling that allows him to pass court costs on to tenants.
