Mayor Marty Blum and UCSB Professor Mark Juergensmeyer will be on hand Thursday, February 28, at the Santa Barbara Central Library (40 E Anapamu St.) at 5:30 p.m. for the ongoing Santa Barbara Reads! outreach and discussion series on globalization and the economy. This month’s featured book is Pietra Rivoli’s The Travels of a T-Shirt in the Global Economy: An Economist Examines the Markets, Power and Politics of World Trade.
