“Low Priority” businesses are those whose operations are deemed to pose a minimal threat to stormwater quality, based upon the type of business, and their proximity to water bodies, or environmentally sensitive habitat areas (ESHAs). Deadline for submittals is 5:00 p.m. on October 17, 2011.
