The Summer Solstice is currently accepting applications for its annual Jethro Davis Memorial “Junior Artists” Scholarship. The mentorship program offers participants (ages 14-21) the opportunity to work alongside Solstice staff artists in preparation for the June 21 parade. A $500 honorarium will be awarded at the workshop’s close. Applications are due Tuesday, April 15, and can be sent via email to solstice@solsticeparade.com or faxed to 935-3927.
