Come spend an afternoon practicing a deliciously deep sequence that will free your pelvis, hips, shoulders, and heart! We will flow through a rigorous and thoughtful sequence designed to empower the heart and enliven the body, especially focusing on HIP OPENERS and SHOULDER OPENERS. This particular practice will brighten the pelvis and open the heart in a loving and joyful prayer of movement.

The use of Mantra, Pranayama, and Asana can have profoundly positive effects on the physical body, the mind, and the spiritual heart, lets go there.
Stephanie is well known for her unique ability to infuse her rigorous and flowing vinyasa classes with yoga philosophy, concise technical alignment, and heart-felt humor.
