Yoga Soup to Hold Fundraiser Workshop for Jesusita Recovery Fund; Santa Barbara Dance Alliance Searching for High School Students to Fill Summer Intern Positions

• Still looking for another great way to help fire victims? Join yoga instructor Kristin Jordan at Yoga Soup (29 Parker Wy.) on Saturday, June 6, for a donation-based yoga workshop to raise money for the Jesusita Fire Long-Term Recovery Fund. All proceeds from the all-levels-welcome vinyasa flow class will be donated to the fund. Call 965-8811 for more info.

S.B. Dance Alliance-the group that brought BASSH, New Works, and Ballet Preljocaj to amazed audiences this year-is looking for high school students to serve as interns during the company’s upcoming summer season. In exchange for community service hours that will count toward many students’ graduation requirements, the organization needs help with office tasks, calendar and membership database maintenance, event coordinating, behind-the-scenes assistance at performances, and more. Call 966-6950 for more info.
