Oprah Winfrey expanded her Montecito real estate holdings recently, paying $25 million for the 23-acre Seamair Farm, at 380 Santa Rosa Lane. The 23-acre equestrian estate shares a property line with Winfrey’s 42-acre spread on East Valley Road.
