Now they are starting ti release the overcrowded prisioners so the count is going to go up. Not only that but some of these people are violent already had a run in with a group who att. to take over neighbors proptery.

That sounds like the one I heard in the 1500 Block of West Valerio or thereabouts...Helmets suck but hold your brains in I always thought it was easier for the medics to clean up the mess that way..Bicycle helmet=Brain bucket. Get Well Soon..

It's just like a politican to attempt to trick a citizen to post a racist statement. Nothing will ever be done about the gangs there is too much bread and butter in it.

Seems like all of the solutions mean't to punish the prisoners and offenders only encourage more crime. Insuring no layoffs for lawenforcement but jepordizing safety for taxpaying citizens. Santa Barbara County Jail is actually worse than prison.
