Does Oxnard have this problem? Maybe these folks could just drive 30 miles down the coast and nobody would bother them.

Look along Cabrillo Blvd. on any given day. The motorhomes parked there are some of the worst I've ever seen.

Also, look in the parking lot next to Chase Palm Park. If someone can come up with $65, they can buy a year-round waterfront parking pass and just stay there all day, every day.

What's up with that? Shouldn't there be some qualifying considerations?

Good news! There is extra money. Does this mean the unfunded retirement liability problem has been solved?

I agree with eastern pacific.

Zoning changes should be put to a vote. What would take for this to become law?

I just finished reading this transcript and it is an eye opener. I hope the Independent will provide a link to the document.

Canada has the Quaids. How much money will it cost SB County to get these idiots back?

It seems as if the Mesa NIMBYs might win out on this.

I think it is a stupid idea for the rest of us.

I appreciate where you are coming from, but I’m trying to look at your big picture and have some questions for you:

Is your pay being cut 16.76%, or are you foregoing a future pay raise?

If your pay is not cut, will your working conditions suffer?

Would you be better off sharing your suffering with those who will lose their jobs?

It really is ridiculous that big trucks are still allowed on the Pass.

The trucker lobby must be really powerful.

I hope he did not have a seizure. That would put a real damper on his career as a sheriff.

I think I remember hearing that Adult Ed courses were about10% of the entire SBCC program. Does anyone know if this is correct?

I think this is important to the overall discussion.
