Rusty's wins because most people haven't eaten at Olio Pizzeria, probably. Might be better to call the awards "most popular" instead of "best", because popularity is really what's being measured. I agree, most of these winners are far from the "best". But yum, Renaud's. And yum, Arigato, and yum Los Agaves, too.
