regarding measure S....
how many parcels does the average SB homeowner have? It's unclear from the article how much tax the average SantaBarbran will have to pay. It seems like a "No" vote could mean I won't get treated for my heart attack when I arrive at an emergency room staffed by overworked and underpaid doctors and nurses. So I think I'll vote yes in hopes it saves some lives.
