In just four months, Antonio Moreno, 31, allegedly stole 26 vehicles-15 of them in Santa Barbara-to make the roughly 90-mile trip between his home in Inglewood and his girlfriend’s residence in Santa Barbara. Of these 15 vehicles, eight were found abandoned in the Inglewood/Hawthorne area. Moreno was arrested on 4/27 and is being held in Los Angeles City Jail.
