Hollister Brewing Company Opens to Public

The Hollister Brewing Company officially opened on 5/6 in Goleta’s Camino Real Marketplace. The restaurant is owned by former Santa Barbara Brew Co. and current Elements co-owner Larry Kreider, former executive director of the Downtown Organization Marshall Rose, and Rose’s son, Eric. The menu currently features seven house brews and an extensive selection of Central Coast wines, with hopes of expanding in the near future. For longer story, see here.
