Man Killed By Oncoming Train
A man believed to be homeless was struck and killed by a southbound train at around 7:30 p.m. on 5/15. Though the train’s horn was sounded, witnesses told police the man continued to walk onto the tracks off Milpas Street near Indio Muerto Street. Investigators have yet to determine whether the collision was alcohol-related.
