Former White House Special Counsel Kenneth Starr, who dogged the Clinton administration for most of its two terms with investigations into the Whitewater land deal and Monica Lewinsky sex scandal, spoke at the Southern California Institute of Law commencement on 6/9 at Victoria Hall. Quoting former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill – who led Britain through World War II – Starr told the graduates, “Never, never, never give up.”
