Casi Landi, 20, of Santa Barbara and Jeanie Guzman, 60, of Oxnard were killed in a head-on collision on Highway 154 near Armour Ranch on the morning of 6/16. Guzman’s 66-year-old passenger was transported to Cottage Hospital in serious condition. CHP officials are still investigating who crossed the highway’s double yellow line.
