Habitat for Humanity Completes Low-Income Condo Project

Southern Santa Barbara County’s chapter of Habitat for Humanity this week touted the completion of its first major project: three low-income condos built on Via Lucero near State Street. The product of volunteer labor and more than $1 million in donations, the condo project will be quickly followed by another on San Pascual Street.
