Santa Barbara physician Lawrence Roger Jellinek was forced to surrender his medical license on 6/28, following two arrests in the past two years for driving under the influence of alcohol, during the second of which officers discovered a small bag of cocaine among his possessions; Jellinek was later found to have cocaine in his bloodstream.
