No New Dispensaries in Goleta
No new marijuana dispensaries will be allowed to operate in Goleta for another 45 days, aside from the few that already exist. On 10/15, the city extended its moratorium on the cooperatives while staff studies the discrepancy between federal law, which forbids them, and state law, which allows them.
