Just three days before Thanksgiving, thick morning fog halted flights into and out of Santa Barbara Airport on the morning of 11/19. Although skies remained gray for the day, officials allowed air traffic to resume at 9:30 a.m. Meteorologists predicted clouds and more fog through 11/21.
