The S.B. Museum of Natural History hosts its annual festival featuring all things Christmas and holidays in one place for a glorious winter afternoon. Frosty the Snowman and Santa Claus and his reindeer will be available for photos while you sip hot chocolate and make winter crafts. Make sure to bring your mittens to throw a snowball while you frolic in more than 15 tons of snow! Alan Salazar will be telling Chumash winter stories, and a magical planetarium show will take you around the world on “Santa’s Starry Ride.” This family-friendly event takes place this Saturday, December 15, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the S.B. Museum of Natural History (2559 Puesta del Sol Rd.). Most of the activities are included in the price of admission, and you can visit sbnature.org for complete event information.
