Congressmember Elton Gallegly, whose 24th District encompasses parts of Santa Barbara County, was once again presented with the annual Spirit of Enterprise Award by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in recognition of his support of pro-growth legislation during the second session of the 110th Congress. The chamber reports that Gallegly supported 89 percent of its priorities this past session.
