Welcome to Paradise

The historic Paradise Store & Grill (1 Paradise Rd.) has recently come under the ownership of Priscilla Susman and Mark Presley. The newly reworked space will be hosting free live music throughout the summer months, with Captain Bentley’s Wild Adventure and The Grasshoppers kicking things off next Friday, July 4, at 1 p.m.

Wet Paint

Artists wishing to participate in the Lompoc Mural Society’s 16th Annual Mural in a Day event on Saturday, September 6, have until Thursday, July 31, to apply. The theme of this year’s mural is History of the Wine Industry in the Lompoc Valley, and interested partiesshould call Ann Thompson at 757-8260 or Vicki Andersen at 588-3459, or email live2paint@hotmail.com or vicaart@aol.com. No mural experience is required.
