Hitched: Independent Copy Editor Amy Smith just wed her high school sweetheart Mike in their native San Luis Obispo, in an outdoor ceremony with close family and friends. “We’re so lucky to be able to have had such a perfect celebration that was exactly the way we always wanted it to be,” Smith said of the intimate nuptials that were performed by the couple’s best friend. “I feel so fortunate to have met the person I want to spend the rest of my life with at such a young age. That way we have all the more life to spend together!”
