The tone, tenor, and timing of Joyce Dudley’s novel was unfortunate, unprofessional, and poorly written. [“Haraguchi Sentenced to One Year,” 9/9/09]. (Like Nancy Grace on a really, really bad day.) It was polarizing, unilluminating, and embarrassed the many fine prosecutors of the Sneddon administration. Joyce should apologize and move forward. From someone seeking to be elected DA, we deserve better. – Michael C. McMahon
