David Stonionis

To generate the funding necessary for our friend David Stonionis to start “The BranDan Foundation” Not a “Foundation” yet, but with your help, the support of friends, and the vision and dedication of David, we will make this happen.

– The Mission

Often there are situations where people lose loved-ones, and have no where to turn for support.

The BranDan foundation will be in position to offer healthy grief guidance to all in need.

– David’s Story

David’s brother was taken in an accident while deep sea fishing alone off the Florida Coast at the age of 45. Then shortly after his nephew Brandon, apparently unable to cope, took his own life at 23.

With David’s close family many states away, he turned to no one for support through-out his grieving process. “I didn’t understand the importance of unconditional love and support, such that a family can give” David says. “I knew something was missing but just didn’t know where to search.” David found himself falling deeper into an overwhelming state of depression. While David now lives his life in a very positive way again, he would like to create a grief support system so that we all have an option to not go the all important grieving process alone.

The Friends of David Stonionis are organizing this tournament on in hopes that there are others like us that see the incredible potential in David and his vision. We want David to have the seed capital necessary to start the BranDan Foundation and realize his noble vision. There are sponsorship opportunities for every budget. We appreciate your support in anyway you can to help meet our goals, and make this a great fun event for all!
