The campaign runs during the week of Thanksgiving but the sandwiches are delivered as needed, throughout the year. This week The (805) Deli served up 50 of the more than 600 sandwiches donated over the past three years, and are on track to deliver more than 100 more before the next promotion in November. Deli owners, Anne & Todd Pazier developed the promotion with the idea that their customers could feel good about directly feeding a fellow community member in need, simply by purchasing their own lunch.
