Santa Barbara Airport’s Short Term Parking Lot Closes January 8th, 2012 for Roadway Realignment
Effective Sunday, January 8, the temporary Short-Term Parking lot at Santa Barbara Airport will be closed. Effective Monday, January 9, Long-Term Parking Lot 1 at the Airline Terminal will be used for all on-site parking.
The Airline Terminal Project is in its last phase of construction. The new Short Term Parking Lot and airline terminal road will also be completed in this phase, all of which should be finalized by June 2012. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Starting February 1, 2012, parking fees for Long-Term Parking Lot 1 will be adjusted as follows:
- 0-60 minutes: $2
- Each add’l hour: $1
- Maximum 24 hour: $12
We encourage passengers to park in Long Term Parking Lot 2 off of Hollister Avenue and Frederick Lopez Road during this phase of construction and take advantage of the FREE shuttle that takes you directly to the Airline Terminal every 8-10 minutes.
Parking Lot 2 Rates:
- 0-60 minutes: $2
- Each add’l hour: $1
- Maximum 24 hour: $9
There will be no interruptions to flight operations throughout the Airline Terminal Project.
