MarBorg Industries has settled a class action lawsuit with dozens of employees, who sued the company for failure to pay wages due and provide meal periods. MarBorg will pay $575,000 into a settlement fund, $172,500 of which will go toward attorneys for the plaintiffs. The suit alleged some workers were not taking required lunch breaks. It was settled on behalf of more than 300 employees.
