This lively event features silent and live auctions with refreshments sponsored by Island Brewery beer, Mojito bars sponsored by Wilson & Pettine LLP, an hors d’oeuvre reception, and music by local band The Rincons. Proceeds from this event directly benefit all students in the Carpinteria Unified School District.
Larry Powell is the featured artist this year providing original artwork for the invitations and promotional posters for the event. He is a local Carpinteria attorney (Bright and Powell) and also a Carpinteria High School Alumnus.
