Million Dollar Home Raffle Builds Non-Profit

This year the Contemporary Arts Forum is partnering with the Village Properties Teacher’s Fund, Santa Barbara Solstice, Surf Happens Foundation, New Noise Foundation, Santa Barbara Lacrosse, and Postpartum Education for Parents. The Santa Barbara based Non-Profits will receive a portion of the proceeds from each ticket they sell allowing them to fund their unique programs and initiatives. “The Santa Barbara $1 Million Home Raffle ticket sales have allowed the Contemporary Arts Forum (CAF) to raise funds to provide a crucial foundation for arts in our communities over the past eight years,” said Miki Garcia, Executive Director of the Contemporary Arts Forum. “This year the Contemporary Arts Forum is thrilled to share the fund raising opportunity with a number of non profits with missions we support.”

Your $150 ticket purchase to The Santa Barbara Contemporary Arts Forum’s 9th Million Dollar Home Raffle puts you in the running to win the Grand Prize: the choice of a million dollar home in one of America’s most picturesque and charming communities, or $1 Million in cash. Your ticket purchase will also qualify you to win bonus prizes totaling $200,000 in value. Additional prizes include cars, vacations, shopping-sprees, cash, and more. The raffle continues through May 2nd. However, if you enter by the March 7th Early-Bird deadline you’ll have more opportunities to win. The Santa Barbara Million Dollar Home Raffle is one of the longest running home raffles in California and has always sold enough tickets to give away the grand prize Million Dollar Santa Barbara Home or $1 Million in cash every year along with $9.5 Million in prizes over the last 8 raffles. Ticket are $150 each, and no more than 19,000 tickets, are issued. In addition to the Grand Prize, drawn on May 18th, 2013, participants are eligible to win approximately $200,000 in additional prizes in the final drawing and two early bird drawings on March 23rd and April 20th.
