Trilogy Coming To Orcutt
Grand Opening Set For March 23 and 24
Interested homebuyers are invited to see what’s on tap during a grand opening celebration from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24, when Trilogy at Rice Ranch unveils five new floor plans and its new tour center.
The single-family Trilogy homes will be built in a range of sizes and styles, with new model homes debuting this summer. Buyers will have the ability to select their own home site, floor plan and various optional features to personalize their new home. They will also have the option to buy a SheaXero No Electric Bill Home™, featuring a powerful solar system and energy efficient features that eliminate electric bills.
“We’re enthusiastic about expanding our presence here on California’s beautiful Central Coast and pleased that we can help make Rice Ranch the thriving community it’s destined to be,” said Preston Holdner, general manager. “Buyers who choose our new Trilogy community can expect the very best – exciting home designs, superior quality, exceptional customer service and excellent construction.”
Not to mention the acclaimed wine region lifestyle that Trilogy is known for.
Rice Ranch is located in Northern Santa Barbara County’s wine country and offers more than 350 acres of preserved natural habitat with amenities including a new 26-acre community park and sports complex featuring championship soccer fields, youth and adult baseball fields, dog parks, playgrounds and picnic areas. Active families will enjoy extensive walking, hiking and biking trails and additional parks throughout the community.
“Trilogy is the premier active lifestyle community builder and a great compliment to Western Pacific Land Group’s 24 years of successful master plan development on the Central Coast,” said John Scardino, principal of JHS, LLC, which includes its affiliate companies Western Pacific Land Group and Legend Communities. “We’ve had great success as partners with Trilogy at Monarch Dunes, the best selling community on the Central Coast, and expect similar results for Trilogy at Rice Ranch.”
Rice Ranch is located in the highly ranked Orcutt School District, where all eight schools have been awarded California’s prestigious Distinguished Schools Award.
Shea Homes’ acquisition is its second on the Central Coast. Trilogy at Monarch Dunes opened in 2005 and will have 1,300 homes at build out. More than 700 homes are planned for Trilogy at Rice Ranch.
