It is puzzling to me that Governor Brown has decreed a 25 percent reduction in California’s use of water yet he permits fracking. Fracking forces water and toxic chemicals into the earth under high pressure to extract oil and gas. In 2014, 70 million gallons of water were poisoned by fracking.
