Whitney is K-9 PALS Pick for Pet of the Week. Whitney is a very sweet 4-year-old spayed female, 7 lb., small breed mix dog, looking for that special person or family to give her a lifelong loving home. Whitney loves, loves to play with toys, she will zip around in delight at a squeaky toy. She gets along with other dogs and loves her treats. She walks well on a leash and every now and then will leap and prance on her walk showing off. She may be slightly shy at first but once she knows you she is a love and enjoys lap time and cuddles. Whitney will be a really wonderful companion for that very lucky person or family that adopts her.

K-9 PALS is providing sponsorship for this wonderful little dog. If you are interested in adopting Whitney, call 805-681-4332, at Santa Barbara County Animal Shelter, 5473 Overpass Rd., Santa Barbara, CA, during business hours, Mon-Fri 9 – 4:45, Sat 10 – 4. Whitney can also be seen at community outreach and adoption events, (that is, until she gets adopted).
