Some Deserve to Die

Before you can agree with abolishing the death penalty, I would like you to imagine that you are sitting in front of the parents of Polly Klaas, Samantha Runnion, and Laci Peterson. Look them in the eye, and tell them it costs too much money, that it does not deter crime, that those who have been sentenced to die for what they did to their daughters should live out their days. Imagine that.
