Trails or Clouds?

Regarding the “UCSB Scientists See the End of ‘Normal’ Climate” article with the possibility of an “endless drought”: How can you have a normal climate when geo-engineering is constantly happening? These “scientists” have to pretend that those daily trails we see in the sky are natural formations or condensation from jet engines, and that this program plays no part in our climate. They must be under orders(?) to ignore the definite impact of this ubiquitous program, since anyone can just look up and see the obvious.
