Public Masturbator Arrested for Child Porn

Goleta police last week arrested 68-year-old transient Albert Roy Fillman for indecent exposure and possession of child pornography. On 9/18, a Goleta parks maintenance employee was working at Stow Grove when he saw a man masturbating in a parked car. He reported the sighting to police, who were unable to locate the man, but the worker gave a description of the suspect and vehicle. A deputy on 9/29 saw what looked like the same car at the Goleta Library and approached the driver, identified as Fillman. Authorities determined he was their suspect and found a laptop in his vehicle with numerous images of child porn. He was booked in County Jail, and his bail is set at $20,000.
