Santa Barbara’s Casa de La Raza, located at 601 E. Montecito St., hosted its second annual haunted house for local kids and teens on 10/31. Youth volunteers-mostly of high school age-participated in the construction of the haunted house, an attempt to unite Eastside and Westside youth. All proceeds from Casa de La Raza go to social outreach programs, including after-school tutoring by UCSB students.
