Very thoughtfully meditative, most appropriate for this sacred time. Keep in mind that the first year is definitely the hardest after such a big change of course; it will get clearer and easier if you keep walking the new path. My prayers go with you.

I find that foods at most "health-permit" restaurants still cause occasional indigestion and intestinal disturbances; any time you eat food from a kitchen not your own, there is a risk of infection.

I'm a fairly religious old lady (at least in the estimation of my kids) -- but I loved "The Guard" and am going to see it again today. I watched it on a flight to Ireland recently, and it was a wonderful introduction to the west of Eire as it is today. Great performances and riveting comedic-thriller story.
