"JUDGE Brian Hill is incompetent"

He is competent at what he does ... which is to tilt cases in favor of the prosecution.

And DeniseL, I'm not Daryl Genis. Your assertion that CapMotion "seems to be the only one supporting his actions" is patently false, and even if it weren't, your inference that therefore CapMotion is Daryl Genis is intellectually inept.

@deniseL You should read the 1st amendment some time. You might then realize that threatening to sue someone is not a violation of it. You might go a step further and realize that accusing him of violating people's free speech rights simply for speaking is itself hypocrisy.

It's typical of those who oppose Obama to want to change the reporting rules in the middle of his term to hide any improvement he has brought about. It's just like when they quote the lowest gas price during the Bush administration to claim that it doubled under Obama, when the fact is that under Obama it has never reached the peak it hit under Bush.

"That was Margaret's area of expertise."

I feel for you, but both being a sister of a victim and on a first name basis with Dr. Hagen makes anything you have to say about her utterly unreliable.

"Dr. Hagen is a highly-regarded scientist."

Not by everyone, and not for her science, what little of that she does. Here's some insight into Dr. Hagen:

"It is broke because it has spent more money than it earns."

Governments don't "earn" money; this is a complete misunderstanding of economics. The state is broke because it has deprived itself of tax revenue, due to a group of corporate bribed anti-tax Republican ideologues in the Assembly, together with the disastrous prop 13 that gave this minority a veto via the 2/3 vote requirement.

Hannah-Beth Jackson is one of the best people on the planet. I can't imagine any decent person who actually knows her thinking that she is a bad person.

Y is heavily promoted by the developer to whom it gives public land, so that he can make oodles of profit from his 24 luxury homes. Why would sane person other than the developer himself be for this giveaway?

Yes on 28 & 29 ... look at fine print at the bottom of the No flyers, that say they received major funding from the tobacco companies. All the arguments against it are lies. Everyone concerned with preventing cancer rather than causing it is for 28 & 29.

The Hills clearly stated what is disingenuous about the flyers. For GoGauchos to then say "nothing I've found on the mailing was disingenuous" proves his own dishonesty ... and he goes further with "Information in the above article however...." without actually pointing out anything disingenuous in the Hills' article.
